Why wireframe your dashboard before building it?

Building a dashboard in Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or any BI tool takes time. Planning the layout first with a wireframe saves hours of rework. A wireframe lets you agree on structure with stakeholders before committing to any tool or data model.

How to use this tool

Click any chart block from the panel on the left to add it to the canvas. Drag blocks to reposition them. Resize by dragging the bottom-right corner. Double-click any block to rename it. When happy, click Export PNG to save the wireframe.

What chart types are included?

The builder includes KPI cards, bar charts, line charts, pie/donut charts, tables, scatter plots, area charts, and freeform text blocks. Each renders as a recognisable wireframe symbol.

Who is this for?

Data analysts, BI developers, product managers, and anyone who needs to communicate a dashboard design to a client or team before building it. Works for Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Metabase, Grafana and any other BI tool.
